Warranty

Every bike, scooter, conversion kit and battery sold at Motorized Nation Ebikes Ltd. comes with a specific individualized manufacturer warranty. 

 Kindly note that manufacturers do not cover any shipping costs or labour costs that may be incurred, most warranties only cover the specific part.

 Any modifications post-purchase of our products is strictly prohibited by the manufacturer, and will immediately void warranty. Motorized Nation Ebikes Ltd. reserves the right to refuse service on any such modified/tuned bike.

Our warranty agreement does not apply to typical wear and tear, malfunctions due to improper repair,  maintenance, alteration, modification, accidents, or other improper use. The warranty is non-transferable. Water damage and batteries that have been left to self-discharge for an extended period are also not covered by the terms of the warranty.
